Ordering is simple! 

You can  create an account with us - creating an account with us lets you accumulate points and other member benefits.

*note if you do not see the same-day delivery option available in your cart, please make sure you have created an account, complete checkout and select your delivery option

ORDERING ONLINE

  1.  Add your favorite items to the cart
  2.  Complete checkout, make sure to enter your correct address, and select your delivery option!
  3.  Receive confirmation and wait for delivery

You will receive SMS updates when our driver is on the way, approaching and arriving! Delivery times are usually 1-3 hours, sometimes faster.

    1. Your legal name and DOB that shows on your ID

    3. Your Address - any delivery instructions 
    4. The items you would like to order

What are your delivery hours?

Orders are delivered between 12:00 pm and 8 pm or till the last order is delivered

Cut off for same-day delivery is 7:45 pm - must receive payment and order by this time to process

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are usually about 1-3 hours from when your order is processed! You will receive a text when we are on the way, approaching and arriving. Be sure to have your phone nearby and make sure your phone number is correct on the order.

Can I track my delivery?

For the safety of our drivers live tracking will not be available! You will receive a text when we are on the way, approaching and arriving. Please allow a few minutes for our driver to get to your door.

Do I need to Show ID at the door?

If you have submitted your ID online or through text, you will not have to show ID at the door!

If you do not feel comfortable submitting your ID online, we will check it at the door.

How will my order be shipped out or delivered?

All orders are delivered by our highly trained and friendly drivers. Each order is carefully picked, by our packers in vacuumed sealed discreet packages - then delivered to you by one of our drivers. Our team will do their best to follow any order/delivery instructions you provide.
