Once payment is sent, your order will be processed and be delivered to you as soon as possible. Your order will be delivered according to the order queue the same day. Typical delivery times are from 1 hour – 3 hours but these times are not guaranteed.

If you do not receive your package by the scheduled date or up to 2 days thereafter you can open up a ticket with Canada Post to conduct an investigation, or have us contact them. This process may take up to 5 business days to try and locate your package. If it is found, they will re-ship it to you and you will receive it in a few days time. In the case of your package being irrecoverable, we will send you a one-time replacement of your order for free.

No, we are a mail-order and delivery dispensary.
If you want to change or edit your order please be sure to email us immediately or create another order with a note to cancel your previous order.

Please be aware that once your payment has been accepted or your order is en route we cannot cancel or edit your order.

Mail Orders

Once we receive and process your payment we will then proceed to process your order.

Please note that any payment received after 2pm PST may not make it for same-day ship out. Your order will be processed but will be sent to the post office the following business day.

Please note that if you place an order on Friday after 2 pm PST, or Saturday and Sunday your payment and shipment will be processed on Monday morning according to queue.

Canada Post does not operate after hours, on weekends and holidays. Instead of rushing to send your order to Canada Post, we use our judgment to hold the order until their pick up service is operating. This way your order is not sitting at the local post office overnight. It’s safer at our warehouse until it can be picked up.

All e-Transfers are processed 7 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM PST. Any transfers made after 5 PM PST may not be collected until the following morning. When we collect your e-Transfer is when your order will be processed and prepare for shipping. You will then receive an email with your tracking number within 24-48 hours of your payment being accepted.

Orders with bulk amounts will require a signature on delivery to prevent theft and ensure the safety of delivery for large orders. If you wish to opt out of this then leave a note on your order, however, we will not be liable for your package once it reaches its destination.

You can also request signature on delivery for smaller orders by also leaving a note while placing your order.

Every order is vacuumed sealed and packaged where it is scent-proof, free of any odor, and then sealed in an envelope. This makes it appear as any other package delivered by Canada Post.

For Mail orders: E-Transfer
For Same Day Delivery: E-transfers or Cash If you decide to pay cash, please have your ID ready at the door and have the exact change ready at the door, our drivers don’t carry cash with them.
For Late Night Delivery: E-transfers, please have your ID ready at the door.

If payment hasn’t been received within 2 minutes, most likely our emails get sent to the spam folder, if they are please make sure to check the spam folder and take us off.

As a last resort please contact our customer support team.

There may be a fee from your financial institution for using the Interac e-Transfer service. Please check with your bank or credit union directly.

No, all sales are final. For exemptions please contact our customer support. Any exceptions offered will be in the form of store credit only.
